Abstract

Sleep-related rhythmic movement disorder (SRMD) is defined by uniformed, repetitive movements, which occurs from onset of sleep to light sleep and sometimes during deep sleep. We experienced a 21 month-old girl complained of the rhythmic movements during sleep. After controlling her circadian rhythm for 45days, her symptoms dramatically improved; there was no more hitting her head or legs on the floor. We considered that rhythmic movement would be related to circadian rhythm without medication.
